KNOW ABOUT KRISTEN ANDERSON: Having spent all of my adult life engrossed in the careers of musical performance and teaching, I am grateful to all those who nudged me back to expressing myself in the visual arts. To return my attention to the neglected love of painting and drawing has been fulfilling and challenging. I've found that the most rewarding aspect of painting is having the freedom to create something that is completely my own, rather than an interpretation of someone else's vision. I hope that my work will strike a harmonious chord within those who view it.
